If you’re selling a property on behalf of someone else (for example, in a Probate sale or Company sale), please complete your ID check as yourself. Once submitted, it will be sent to the referring agent for review.
Providing Supporting Documents
To help speed things up, include additional documentation such as:
The Probate Certificate, or
Evidence that you are the executor of the estate
You can upload these files to the Documents section on your dashboard or send them directly to your agent.
Your agent will confirm once everything has been reviewed, so you’ll know when you’re good to go.
