Acceptable Identity Documents
Your ID must be current and not expired.
You can upload:
- Passport
- Driving licence
Acceptable Proof of Address Documents
Your proof of address must be dated within the last 3 months and show your full name and current address.
Accepted documents include:
- Utility bill (electricity, gas, water, or landline phone)
- Bank statement from a UK bank or building society showing recent transactions
- Council tax bill
- Mortgage statement
- Driving licence (if the address is current and it hasn’t already been used for ID)
- HMRC document, such as a tax demand or assessment letter
Before You Upload
- Check that your documents are clear and readable
- Make sure they’re in date and show all required details
