The Terms of Business is the contract between you and the estate agency representing your property. This document outlines the agreement between you and the estate agent and is a legal contract, so it’s important that the details are correct.
If there is an issue with the details included in the Terms of Service, follow these steps:
- Log into Snappily.
- Click on the Terms of Business task.
- Click the Reject button.
- Provide a note explaining to the estate agent why you are rejecting the terms.
Snappily will then prompt the estate agent to correct the document and re-upload it.
Once the agent has made the necessary corrections and re-uploaded the Terms of Business, you will be notified that the new form is available.
